Great experience with Balex Electrical Company/Berico completing an EV Charger installation project. Extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process of getting a quote, scheduling service, getting the work done/inspected, and providing the documentation necessary to take advantage of Duke Energy rebates. I am giving Balex Electric a five star rating for a very well deserved service! When making the appointment, they asked questions to make sure the service I needed would be provided and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. When the technicians came out they were very knowledgeable, thorough and polite. They found the issue pretty quickly and re- wired the switch that as it turned out was the issue. They also re- hung the light I was having the issue with. While out on the call, Balex checked all my switches and found a few that were faulty and fixed those. I now feel safe and am happy to recommend this fine company with great employees!
Installation and testing was just completed by Balex for our Generac 24kW natural gas whole-house generator and transfer switch. I was very satisfied with every aspect of this project from start to finish.
