Steve Tubbs, Excellent electrician who works at DT Electric, arrived on time at our house this morning(7:30 am) to provide us with an estimate to fix 5 smallish items we needed fixing. One after another, he actually fixed the items right while he was here! He is very personable, observant, a great electrical detective and all-around talented gentleman. I also really appreciated that they wear booties inside the house, so you don’t even have to have the awkward “shoes off” conversation.I had dimmer switches installed and a light fixture replaced. Afterward, we noticed one of the dimmers was causing a slight flicker. DT Electric addressed it right away, gave us a few options, and once we tried one of their suggestions, the issue was immediately resolved.It’s rare to find a company that’s this professional, responsive, and genuinely nice to work with. Cole and DJ come out for our electrical service, and they were absolutely incredible. Both were personable, respectful of our home, and took the time to answer all of our questions. From what I can tell (as someone who isn’t electrically inclined), everything was done perfectly and with great care. We’re so grateful for their timely service and expertise. We would hire them again in a heartbeat! Shout out to Kaitlynn and Kylie in the office for helping us add on to our project last minute! She is certainly an asset to the company.

They responded quickly when we requested a service call to set up our hot tub, and even let us know when an earlier appointment became available so we could get faster service. The team handled the installation, permitting, and inspection seamlessly, and did a great job from start to finish.When we ran into some challenges getting the hot tub up and running, they stayed in touch, checking in on our progress and coordinating with the hot tub company. They even came back out to switch the electrical box to a different style to ensure everything worked properly.From the office staff and reception team to the electricians themselves, everyone we interacted with was polite, prompt, and attentive. Their commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied really stood out. Overall, a fantastic experience.
