One after another, he actually fixed the items right while he was here! He is very personable, observant, a great electrical detective and all-around talented gentleman. And he did not pay me for this review!!

I hired DT Electric based on all the five-star Google reviews, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The first visit for the estimate was professional and thorough, and the second visit—when the work was completed—went just as smoothly. Even the girls who handle scheduling were incredibly kind and helpful.

Jonathan did the work, and he was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I also really appreciated that they wear booties inside the house, so you don’t even have to have the awkward “shoes off” conversation.

I had dimmer switches installed and a light fixture replaced. Afterward, we noticed one of the dimmers was causing a slight flicker. DT Electric addressed it right away, gave us a few options, and once we tried one of their suggestions, the issue was immediately resolved.

It’s rare to find a company that’s this professional, responsive, and genuinely nice to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend DT Electric to anyone needing electrical work.

From what I can tell (as someone who isn’t electrically inclined), everything was done perfectly and with great care. We’re so grateful for their timely service and expertise. We had an excellent experience with DT Electric. They responded quickly when we requested a service call to set up our hot tub, and even let us know when an earlier appointment became available so we could get faster service. The team handled the installation, permitting, and inspection seamlessly, and did a great job from start to finish.

When we ran into some challenges getting the hot tub up and running, they stayed in touch, checking in on our progress and coordinating with the hot tub company. They even came back out to switch the electrical box to a different style to ensure everything worked properly.

From the office staff and reception team to the electricians themselves, everyone we interacted with was polite, prompt, and attentive. Their commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied really stood out. Overall, a fantastic experience.
