Great service from Josh with Orient Electric. Had a pretty large amount of work done including hot tub switch install, full panel replacement & rewrire of a space I remodeled. He was on-time and on schedule. Price never wavered even when tasks were harder than anticipated.10/10 highly recommended.
We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. We were quoted a minimum service fee and an hourly rate, but it was never made clear that the minimum was just a charge for them to show up and that the hourly rate would be added on top. We were also billed at a higher hourly rate than what we were originally told.The final cost was more than double what we expected. The pricing felt intentionally misleading and far from transparent. We are first time parents who were putting in fans for our new baby that is set to arrive in a few weeks. What kind of company with any heart would intentionally rip off expectant parents like that?!If you value honesty and clear communication, I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIRING SOMEONE ELSE.
