Very nice guy and I know nothing about electrics but he seemed to really know what he was doing and answered all my questions with patience. Though I was hesitant about the cost to just come inspect an outlet, he didn’t charge any extra to fix the problem, including replacing a part. He was also very quick to respond and came by same day.
