Outstanding service and good price.Had Kendrick out to see why no power in line outlets and circuit breaker not flipped. They had to test breaker box and outlets and open junction boxes to find loose neutral. Really tricky to source issue and they were thorough.Was not an emergency but they were very responsive and came out within 24h and were conscientious about keeping in touch.Highly recommended!!
Prior to arriving at our home, Elana and her colleague provided a courtesy call letting us know that they would be arriving within 10 minutes and they were true to their word. Once here they took the time to discuss the issues that we were having and after listening to the issues, they provided recommendations and suggestions. They proceeded to service our water heater and they updated us throughout the process. Afterwards, Elana answered all of our questions and they left the area around the water heater, where they were working, clean and tidy. They also improved our water pressure significantly! The service was outstanding and both Elana and her colleague were polite and friendly and they showed professionalism, knowledge and wonderful customer service. It was very much appreciated and I would most definitely recommend Kendrick LTD and will use them again when needed. Thank you so much!
The hot water tank started leaking at our rental property and we where contacted by someone at Kendrick with a half hour of calling Reliance. We where booked for first thing in the morning. They where prompt and called prior to coming.Elana and Erin came and where so sweet and so professional. Had the tank changed quickly. Explained things to my 85 year old Aunt (who lives there) and cleaned up and where on their way. 100% recommend them!
EXCELLENT A++++ SERVICEI had to have my water heater emergency replaced. And it was such a stressful situation, but Elana and Erin did an absolutely AMAZING job, and put me at ease within 2 min of their visit. They were prompt, showing up with their own mats to cover my floors on a snowy day, and even wiped up afterwards. They answered all my questions with patience, and I was blown away with all their knowledge. They talked me through each step one at a time, and took the time to explain things so I would feel comfortable with my new heater. I have never in my life had such wonderful, excellent service. I am so impressed with this company and Elana and Erin I would recommend them to everyone.
