Falcon Builders & General Contractor Jersey city

We hired Smart Solutions for a major gut renovation. They were very professional. Their team was always punctual, respectful, and attentive to our needs. They took the time to understand our vision and offered valuable insights. Throughout the renovation process, they maintained clear communication, keeping us informed of progress and any potential issues. Despite some unforeseen challenges and few hiccups, they completed the project on time and with maintained quality. We are happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled contractors.

Angel and team were really wonderful to work with - we had a leak in our house and the team identified the issue that stemmed from both our and our neighbors property. Unfortunately, we didn't have our neighbors support in making the necessary repairs on their side, so we were only able to move forward with the repairs to our home. Angels team came and did the repairs and afterwards, while following up, let us know that the team ended up doing the entire repair to both sides to ensure the problem would be fully resolved, all the while keeping to our original contract terms. That speaks a lot to the approach and we're immensely thankful and will look forward to working with this group again!

I am so happy I found Smart Solutions. Angel operates an amazing company & is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, & kind. He's your one-stop-shop for all of your contracting needs. I recently had a last minute project and needed the task completed in less than 48 hours. Angel and his team arrived on time and the job was completed neatly and in the same day. Highly recommended Smart Solutions & I'll be sure to use them again in the future!

Angel and his team added a few lines in my old home (with very minimal damage, which they patched up), made sure all outlets were grounded, and installed my above range microwave. They did a wonderful job and I appreciate the high quality of work. I also appreciated Angel’s flexibility - he was willing to hold off doing a majority of the work until my tenant was comfortable having people come due to Corona. Highly recommend!
