I was growing increasingly frustrated trying to find a qualified Electrician for general residential electrical work, my criteria for that company; 1) answers their phone 2) implicitly understand the nature of your needs 3) dispatches help within a reasonable period of time 4) arrives when they said they would 5) greets you at the door with a personable smile 6) looks you in the eye and proceeds posthaste to diagnose your electrical issue(s) competently 7) completes the work satisfactorily and competently 8) presents a reasonable cost invoice that reflects a fundamental honest exchange for the value of their service, and finally and most importantly 9) a company that you would immediately hire again….this is Bill Gilbert Electric. Can’t say enough about this company’s responsiveness and professional installation skills. They even brought their own portable vacuum cleaner! We had our pathway lights installed today so the job is complete. Great company to work with. On time. Great work.
