I had them at my place to upgrade switch for Vehicle charging. They did an awesome job and charged me reasonable price. Although, I had to get the hours adjusted as first I was charged bit extra hours but they corrected it when told.

While the attending electrician solved our problem quickly and efficiently, it seems a bit unfair when companies charge customers A FULL HOUR for a task that is solved in a shorter period of time. In this case, it was even less than half an hour, but the amount charged wasn’t reduced.

I understand it’s “the way of the world”, but there are small gestures that you might make in certain circumstances that keep people coming back to you. Not asking you to bankrupt your business, but an “in town vehicle charge” might be waived, or a “minor task” hourly rate might be applied. Households cost just as much to operate as small businesses, remember.

Despite having the original technician call in sick right before the appointment they were able to send out another electrician so that it could be done. Showed up within the designated time frame and moved quickly - Jarryd was accompanied by a very young female, likely just out of High School and who I assumed was his new apprentice. That's great to see! Females in Trades - atta girl! Notable was how professional & kindly he'd treated her whilst educating her along the way. She seemed very intent on learning - a sweet girl, always had a smile. They finished the job quickly, cleaned-up and off they went - no mess, no stress :). Perfect! Not a bad thing - fairly common, in-fact not to but if I could suggest anything it would be to maybe introduce the apprentice to the home owner, etc... if they happen to come in, after the initial greet - just as a service-type "over & above". I have no complaints. Thank you!
