Same day service was convenient. Efren was thorough and careful with the work. Easy to communicate with, Efren took time to understand the scope of the work before starting. We are very pleased with the results. While on site, Efren performed a free safety check on our home electrical system. He pointed out several areas for improved safety and discussed these so that we could understand and provided a quote for the improvements before he left. We appreciate the proactive philisophy exhibited, i.e., fix a risk before it becomes a more costly problem.

His technical skill is evident—he assessed the situation quickly and worked with a level of attention to detail that you don’t always see. He was also right on time, which I really appreciated since my schedule is usually packed.
Beyond the technical side, the company’s customer service is top-tier. It’s clear that Eric, the Director, sets a high standard for the team. It makes a huge difference to deal with a business that is professional, communicative, and actually follows through on what they promise.

He went over everything in detail and spent the time to explain to me everything he was working on when I had questions. From the moment I called GoldStar Home Services to replace our ceiling fan, I knew this was the kind of company I preferred to use. I requested a quote for the job and received a firm price via email shortly afterward, without the runaround that some other companies give. Electrician Efren, who handled the fan replacement, was professional, polite, and did an excellent job. Efren took the old fan away for disposal. I am very happy with the service and would definitely use the company again for other electrical work.
