We recently had a 120' tree unexpectedly fall in our yard next to our home, ripping out all of our connections such as electrical, internet, and fiber. It was a very stressful situation. I called Poss Electric, within an hour of the first responders arriving and the live power lines being safely removed.Jamie and Jamie Poss, along with their team, were incredible. They scheduled us immediately and showed up the very next day. Eric, their chief/master electrician, repaired the damage, ordered the county permit, and installed new main lines, a service mast, weatherhead, and everything needed to get us safely reconnected.When county inspectors were unavailable that day (which normally would have left us without power until at least the third day), Eric went above and beyond. He spent quite a bit of time calling between the electric company and the county inspection office, working his way up the chain of command until they secured an email from the Chief of Inspections to Marietta Power. Because of his persistence and professionalism, a crew was dispatched that evening, our service was restored before the freezing temperatures returned that night.Thanks to Poss Electric, our family was without power for only about 28 hours instead of several days.I have known Jamie for a couple of years now, and she has always exceeded our expectations. This is a company you can absolutely trust and count on when the unexpected happens. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers are unmatched. The POSS team did an excellent job from start to finish. They arrived on time, did what they said they would do (EV Charger Install) and delivered a completed install for the agreed upon price.
