Mercawood is always available. I never have to wait long especially when the situation is dire-such as my generator not working! Amanda is alway friendly and understanding. Their pricing was very fair and offered great value compared to other quotes we received. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with EV installations. Very reasonable price. Came out very next day first thing and fixed the situation. Very polite, professional and kind. Would recommend them all day long.
