He came back with Rich and Jace to introduce them and give them the job details. These guys were all very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job! On a Saturday evening, 10 degrees outside, we experienced a serious electrical problem which warranted us turning off all breakers. Scott returned our emergency call and talked us through restoring limiter power, but no water (well with pump) and no furnace. On Sunday morning Scott helped us systematically restoring our 120 service, then our 240 service and isolating the faulty breaker/line. We lost a TV, microwave, toaster, two power strips, and a light bulb. Scott was terrific in supporting us without even coming out on a very cold winter night. Scott is the best virtual electrician in our community. Thanks Scott and Stone Ridge Electrical Service.

Scott is the absolute best. He is extremely responsive and great at solving problems. I have had a few issues with a home I purchased two years ago and he has been so helpful. Scott understands the issues that can occur with homes that have complex systems He has the patience of a saint, and will explain what the problem is until you understand it. His office staff makes it easy to schedule appointments and make payments quickly over the phone. I cannot say enough about how great his business is!
