Manny is awesome, he was able to come right away to help me with the installation of the plug for my new EV, in addition he also helped me to successfully get the EPIC rebate $$$. Everything was very professional. AV electric is a highly recommended business.
I agreed with Manuel about the price and the way the job needed to be done, he seemed honest the day he came. The job consisted of connecting my jacuzzi to the panel. He started doing his job well, but when connecting the line from the switch to the jacuzzi he left the cable above the ground. When I told him that we agreed that the connection should be underground, he said that it was too much for him and he was asking for more money. His behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional, changing his mind at the end of the job and I will never call this company again. I will let God take care of him.Response to your comment:The famous $100 you are talking about is because you used the existing piping between the panel to where you started your own piping. You are agreeing that you are cutting corners and not trustworthy to your clients. Thank you.
