The company I work for has been using Richard's Electrical for quite some time now for repairs and emergencies. Chris has been fantastic to work with and is so polite, easy going and prompt. Richard’s Electrical was an absolute pleasure to work. They were quick to return my call when I first reached out regarding my electrical problems; they provided an estimate of the cost that same day and an appointment was then promptly scheduled. Levi and James arrived on time and took care of the needed electrical work. They were both very knowledgeable and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Had a tree snap in half in my yard, tore out all the lines out of my meter, being a new homeowner I didn’t know what to do! Luckily Richard’s Electrical was working on my neighbors house for the same issue the next day, simply went outside and said “hey when you guys are finished up with my neighbors, would you be willing to come and fix my damage?” And they did! It was really quick, very efficient work! Looks like the damage never occurred!
Called for an appointment to check out an electrical fixture to make sure it was safe. Levi came out ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the fixture for me. He was very professional and did the job quickly. He even assisted me in identifying the wires for a future light fixture repair. I would highly recommend this company.
I called Richard's because of their great reviews, and Chris did not disappoint. He was professional and very helpful. We have an old home with crazy electrical, but Chris was able to get it figured out, and saved the day! We already discussed having him come back to address other issues(scary old fuse box lol) before they get worse. Thank you so much Chris.
