I wanted a light over my kitchen island where there was no light previously, I also wanted an outlet out in behind my TV which hangs above my fireplace. Then my daughter wanted to have an outlet out in her hallway by her bedroom. I am thrilled with all of the work and especially the light over my island.Ryan came to my house and checked out the areas I wanted the work done and I feel that he quoted me a fair price for the job it was quite a bit of work. Cole & Jimmy were great, they installed every thing I wanted they worked hard and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks to Sparky’s electrical. We called Sparky’s Electric for some electrical work at our home, including fixture installations and new wiring, and had a great experience from start to finish. The estimator showed up on time, was professional, and provided a clear, detailed estimate that made it easy for us to prioritize which projects to tackle first. Scheduling with the front office was smooth and straightforward.On the day of the work, the technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional, completed the job efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and took the time to answer our questions.It’s hard to find reliable contractors these days, but Sparky’s is definitely one of the good ones. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again—no need to shop around.
Scheduling the estimator and then the electricians was easy and efficient. Both showed up a bit ahead of schedule which was great for us. Both sent a text telling us they were on the way.I obtained two estimates for the work, and Sparky's came in less than the other bidder. They asked more questions and also seemed to know the available options a bit better than the other contractor.Once at the house they went right to work and were extremely busy during their entire stay. Asked questions about the installation and explained various options to me. When the work was done they double checked all was in working order and walked me through the app for the new equipment. Cleaned up after themselves with their own equipment. Will hire them again for future electrical needs.
My experience was great. The tech was very helpful explaining everything to me. The one issue he had was when tightening the new outlet, my mirror got cracked. He was honest and showed me & offered a discount. I was fine with that but afterwards realized I wasn't given one. I didn't think it would spread into my usable area so I didn't worry too much, however, by next day even, the cracks have spread (pic attached) & I'm going to have to replace it. I hadn't planned to as I felt the break would stay relatively hidden. I'm hoping the company will offer me a refund to cover this cost.
