Great overall experience. Current Solutions has caring and thorough customer service that is hard to find today. Darryl who took my call and arranged the appointment was great and quickly got an answer to my questions. Tim the electrician was professional, and pleasant and took time to explain things to my husband and I and even gave my husband some advice to save us money. I’ll be coming back to Current Solutions and would recommend them. High quality work, fair price, and good customer service.

I hired the company to replace two canister lights in the 10' ceiling of a covered front porch with ceiling fans purchased from Amazon. The worked required installing after-market supports to suspend the ceiling fans and assembling and installing the fans themselves. There was no electrical work required. I used the online form on the website to request an estimate over the weekend and received a response first thing Monday morning. During the intial call we discussed the work I wanted done and confirmed an appointment that Friday. There were earlier options but I hadn't ordered the fans yet and need a few days for them to ship. Communication was good throughout the process by e-mail and text message. On the day of the appointment, Eric, the electrician, contacted me in advanced and arrived within the estimated timeframe. Eric was courtesous, knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He gave me an estimate right away and set to work immediately after signing the work order. He did an outstanding job overall. After the work concluded, the owner of the company sent a courtesy e-mail to call him directly if I wasn't satisfied with the work.

Current Solutions Electric exceeded expectations when called to service my daughter's home needs. I was able to put trust into their company giving them access to the home without me there and in return i was giving promp service , professional work, and above satisfactory pricing. My needs were heard and addressed as if I actually mattered and was valued regardless of the size of the job I was requesting to be completed. From the technician, the scheduler, and even the owner all treated me as I was top priority.
