Darryl who took my call and arranged the appointment was great and quickly got an answer to my questions. Tim the electrician was professional, and pleasant and took time to explain things to my husband and I and even gave my husband some advice to save us money. I hired the company to replace two canister lights in the 10' ceiling of a covered front porch with ceiling fans purchased from Amazon. The worked required installing after-market supports to suspend the ceiling fans and assembling and installing the fans themselves. There was no electrical work required. I used the online form on the website to request an estimate over the weekend and received a response first thing Monday morning. During the intial call we discussed the work I wanted done and confirmed an appointment that Friday. There were earlier options but I hadn't ordered the fans yet and need a few days for them to ship. Communication was good throughout the process by e-mail and text message. On the day of the appointment, Eric, the electrician, contacted me in advanced and arrived within the estimated timeframe. Eric was courtesous, knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He gave me an estimate right away and set to work immediately after signing the work order. He did an outstanding job overall. After the work concluded, the owner of the company sent a courtesy e-mail to call him directly if I wasn't satisfied with the work.
Tim arrived on time. He read the inspector report thoroughly and detailed the options and following steps. We choose the most complete option and have no regrets. He thoroughly checked every single outlet after replacing four breakers at the main distribution panel. He walked me through every detail of the job. I couldn’t dream for better service. Outstanding experience. CSE came out to our mobile home park when multiple homes were without power and handled a very complex situation with professionalism, urgency, and expertise.
