i’m giving one star not because something went wrong, but because of how it was handled. when issac arrived to install an led light strip, we tested the light and confirmed it was working before i left the job site. when i returned, it was installed and broken. they sent me a photo showing it was broken before they left, but refused to come back out without charging me again. when i called to clarify, asking about a solution, i was told i was wasting their time. i’m shocked by the lack of customer service, and i wouldn’t recommend them based on how this was handled.

I have worked with this company a few times over the last year. They wired my house and I’ve come out every time I’ve had questions. The technicians have always been timely, polite and knowledgeable. This is a great company to work with and they provide excellent customer service.
Easy to work with, came on time and worked fast. Did pretty decent work but never came back to finish the second part of our job and left quite a mess on top of the annoying damage done to our soffit and roof.
