They cancelled my appointment, which I had booked three weeks prior, due to an emergency (which I understand). However, instead of calling to let me know they were cancelling, I called myself because the electrician hadn't arrived. The woman who answered, in a condescending tone, explained that a fire was more urgent than changing a thermostat. I'm a small client, and it's normal to have cancellations for emergencies, and she didn't know when my next appointment would be (which is likely to be cancelled again since they seem to have a lot of emergencies, so I conclude they're taking on "small" clients as a last resort...). I asked the owner to call me to see if an earlier appointment would be possible given the circumstances, but I never received a call back. I was completely misled, even though I took the time a few weeks ago to check if they were taking on new residential clients. I don't recommend them; while I don't doubt their competence, they're not a company that values ??respect for people.
I recommend 100%. The company was very responsive and the work was completed very quickly. The electrician who replaced the panel was super professional and courteous. Good value for money!!! Thanks again
