Technician arrived promptly, was courteous. But I don't like the upsell approach. I only wanted a repair done not a whole house appraisal but the repair would be done if I did the appraisal. Over $600 charged for something I really didn't need or want. I understand businesses are trying to maximize their income, build a continuous cash flow with the concept of a "club" service but really, how much would I use an electrician to justify a club membership.

Doctor Electric did excellent work for us. They installed lighting at our office and then also installed the electric at our home for the hot tub. They were patient and accommodating as we had to acquire some items for the hot tub hook up. They are professional and efficient. It was a rather complicated job on the hot tub, and they worked well to help us get the electric up and running.

Doctor Electric was great. They scheduled an appointment promptly and our technician, Chanse, was courteous and professional. He was thorough in explanation and follow through. He put a full game plan together to meet all of our electrical needs. Definitely recommend them highly!

This was an all around fantastic experience. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Our technician Kirklan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why, while also educating me on a ton of stuff and was able to answer all my questions. After everything was installed he went above and beyond and personally walked me through step by step on how to operate the new generator panel with my equipment to the point where I could do it blindfolded. From the front desk to our technicians they all worked hard to get me taken care of before this big winter storm and now I feel way more prepared. Upfront pricing, no hidden or unexpected charges. What they quote is what you’ll pay even if they run into unforeseen problems. They also do a free home health inspection of your whole house to make you aware of anything else that could be problem later and at least bring it to your attention even if you don’t decide to have them fix it.
