Bob Codr & Austin did a great job for us and we recommend the Whitmer Family business of ABC Electric. What nice people and very good at what they do. We have an older home with a Touch Plate step down 120 v to 24 v lighting system for our lights. We've had two other Master Electricians try to work on the our issue & they could not repair the lights that worked intermittently. In addition, they repaired our low voltage front door bell wiring. Bob & Austin are the "MacGyver's" of their trade and we thank them all very much. It's nice to have our lights working correctly again.

Do NOT do business with these people. Called to discuss my invoice, and Bob was smug, arrogant, rude, and a general horrible person. They charged $25+ PER OUTLET toswitch out outlets and switches in my home, and I supplied the parts! It took 2 guys SIX HOURS to do the work, all the plates were already off the walls, and the house was empty, so no furniture to move. ZERO chance of using this company ever again! Bob should never be allowed to have contact with customers. What a rude, horrible person. I certainly hope the owner(s) of this business have a conversation with him about his tone. Horrible human being!

We have been having electrical problems in our home for nearly a month. It was to the point that appliances in our home were electrocuting us. We were told by another company we needed to rewire the whole house and said that may not even fix the problem. It was upsetting and stressful. I finally said we need a second opinion. We called ABC electric and we were told the technician would not leave until the problem was solved. That in itself was amazing! I am so beyond thankful to Jesse. Jesse came out and found the problem fairly quickly and it sounds like many of the other problems we were having were related to this one problem. Not only did Jesse fix the problem he made sure it would be difficult to happen again. Once completed he left then came back after thinking about the situation to make sure there wasn't another problem. We will definitely use this company again!
