Great experience with Excel Electric! Friendly staff booked the appointment. The electrician was kind, knowledgeable, worked efficiently and fixed our problem easily. The cost was reasonable as well. I am very happy with their services and plan to call them again if we ever have any other electrical issues. Thank you!

Robert and his apprentice Christian did a great job Upgrading my service from 150 to 200 A including adding a 35 amp circuit and modifying to others. Robert is knowledgeable, competent and was very patient answering many of my questions over the two day install. The overall cost was reasonable compared to other quotes

Roman was very helpful, trustworthy, knowledgeable and on time! He was able to quickly find the issue with a switch that wasn’t working and fix the problem right away. Explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working correctly. Would definitely recommend!

Update:
I will be moving my 2 star review to a 5 star review. After sharing my frustrations with the company, I decided to give Excel Electric one final opportunity to complete the work. I’m happy to say they came back out and were able to resolve everything in one day. They brought additional team members, which made the process much more efficient, and all remaining items were completed.

While the scheduling and staffing challenges were frustrating, I truly appreciate that they followed through and ultimately got everything taken care of. Excel has some great employees and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I’m glad we were able to get everything resolved.

I was referred to Excel Electric by a neighbor and initially looked forward to working with the company. The first electrician who came out was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to repair one of many issues

Unfortunately, due to the holidays, my follow-up appointment was pushed out by about a month, which I completely understood. During the prior visit, the electrician had already purchased the necessary supplies and staged them around the house in preparation for the remaining work.

On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I received a text stating that the electrician had called out and there was no replacement available, as the other electricians had left the company. I was understanding of the situation and agreed to reschedule for the following week.

On the next appointment date, I received no call and later received a text that my appointment had been moved to the following day. After contacting the company, I was informed that the electrician had quit and moved out of state. I was told the work would be completed the next day. I was completely understanding and agreed to the reschedule for the following day.

Two electricians arrived and reviewed the scope of work. They completed minor repairs under my sink and rewired some outlets in the washroom. However, they were onsite for less than two hours and stated they were done for the day. Several outlets and switches that had been clearly staged and boxed were not addressed or evaluated. As a result, the primary work remained incomplete after the third appointment.

Due to the repeated delays and incomplete work, I decided to move forward with another company, as this postponement impacted my ability to move into my new home. I was informed that no further appointments were being scheduled until February 1st due to staffing shortages.
