2 stars only because Frank so polite , he responded to my call on Sunday and send a team Monday, Monday 23 June 2025 during the heatwave, Immediately when they entered the house they seemed hostile, I tried to ease things by offering them beverages or coffee,one of the team members started to complain about the temperature, clearly in my house only was the temperature like that and I am responsible for the heat wave in Canada, after 30 minutes, they said that they received an urgent call , so they want to leave , I told them I am a new resident In Longueuil, and there’s only one lamp if they can install it, they replied it’s an emergency and they can’t stay , so they left after 10 minutes they came back with a bill of 287,44$ , no description on the bill, clearly Money is more important than the emergency , so I paid the amount just out of respect of the response of Frank on Sunday.No judgement here , but this is last time I call this company.
I had an emergency and immediately the service man was at my home and repaired the wires and everything back and running! What a great company! I recommend strongly!
Excellent service. Quick to reply to my calls, came on the date and time they said they would and the work was fast and well. Thank you. Will definitely be using this company again. and so will all my friends.
Eric was professional, efficient and friendly. Arrived early, went straight to work in trying to find the source of my power outage and in less than 30 minutes found the quick fix solution. Normally, the minimum fee is 1.5 hours but Frank only charged me an hour plus the standard 30 minute travel time. It was a little difficult booking an appointment, but I guess when you're good. you get a lot of work. Frank managed to squeeze me in just before the holidays. Was more than happy and would recommend this electrician in a heartbeat.
Was absolutely fortunate to have found Frank Mastro online & was not disappointed in his work. He has a great team who worked very hard to rewire whole house from aluminum to copper. We are much safer now & are so very happy with that !! Thanks Frank Jason & Michelle
