They did a good job, but they charged me $30 for transport for absolutely nothing. They're only 3 km from my house, and I also live in Longueuil. They didn't transport anything at all: just joint caps and some thin electrical cable that the electrician already had in his truck. A completely unnecessary and unjustified expense. Avoid them.

Since a municipal organization is doing business with the company, they're quick to inflate the bill... The work order description is misleading... I have a lot of questions...Regarding your last comment:Know that this morning, I unplugged the piezo igniter a few seconds after the technician's visit. He came back less than 3 or 4 minutes later, telling me that by doing so, I had triggered an alarm point on the panel. I plugged the piezo igniter back in myself... right in front of him...I'm fed up... Since the alarm test wasn't done in silent mode, and after the technician's visit and the 10 previous fire alarms, there will be more to come, and I still can't extinguish this noise.They charge $90 for this? One hour? I've tried to explain the situation several times.I only received a copy of your work order after going to pick it up, having to make two trips.It's funny that I finally got your attention here...WowJp Tremblay
