I tried to get information about a job I was interested in having done. He offered no information whatsoever. When I asked him about an hourly rate he hung up on me. Not helpful at all on the phone, so much so that he was rude. Happy it didn’t go any farther than that.
After paying him for 1 hour of work and a service call (190) so they can do a quote, Mr. Paradis was not willing to provide a written quote with a brake down. Fortunately, I've found A1 electric that provides a digital quote and completes the work

Great experience! I have called Mr. Paradis in November and he was the only electrician to offer a solution for my pool heater installation. Then once the pool was installed, he came in a few days later, exactly as promised. In and out in less than 2 hours.This can't get any better! I had called to book weeks ago and the installation of my pool kept getting pushed, Mr. Paradis kept in contact with me and the day the pool was finally installed he was here the next morning with his team, they did an outstanding job (motor, light and Thermopump) and were in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely use his services again. He and his team are totally worth the money!
