From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Carlos arrived right on time, explained every step clearly, and made sure everything was done safely. He even checked other outlets to ensure my home’s wiring was in great condition. Later, Martin handled the lighting installation with incredible precision—he made my living room look brighter and more modern than ever. Saul, our electrician from Express was pretty incredible, and the company itself provided us with amazing service. I called Express because I just moved into a new place only to find that half the electrical outlets didn’t even work. I needed help right away and although they were booked up for the day, they managed to squeeze me in for same day service. Saul showed up on time, was professional and polite and even put up with my crazy Boxer. He provided us good, better, best options and went thru what was involved with each in just the right amount of detail. We chose the middle option and he got right to work. The most crucial parts of the job were resolved in just a cpl hours and the rest by done the next morning. If you’ve ever hired a contractor, you know how rare it is to expect this level of service. All in all, he went above & beyond what was required and left us feeling like we had a great experience. If all contractors conducted themselves in a similar manner, a lot more work would get done and there’d be more happy homeowners than angry ones who felt taken advantage of. I appreciate very much the work they did for us, and they’ll for sure be our go-to next time we need an electrician. HIGHLY recommended!
