I called Richard on a Monday and he was able to come out to my house within 48 hours. I had an electrical outlet that needed to be replaced and I was concerned about some lighting issues in my basement. Richard checked my concerns with the light fixtures and assured me there was no serious issues. He explained what was causing the flickering in the lights and how to fix it. Richard replaced the outlet at better price than I expected as well. He was very polite and respectful but also and most importantly he was informative. Thanks Richard for putting my electrical concerns to rest.
This a great, locally owned company who is super focused on customer service, reasonable pricing, and helping customers understand the "why" behind the work being done on the home. They performed significant work on my house and did a tremendous job. I would use them again, and recommend them, without any hesitation!
Richard and every staff member I dealt with had wonderful customer service. They explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions without rushing me.
