When you reach out to an electrician, you are frequently nervous about how things will go. This company was proposed by Ford for a vehicle charger installation. Frankly, I was leery about having someone else select a contractor for me.Sharolyn was very courteous and very happy to explain the process to me. When I offered more technical questions she connected me with the project manager and he told me it would most likely go very smoothly.The estimation process happened remotely. The bid was just $250 to cover the permit charge (because Ford was paying for the charger and the installation). The at-home visit to confirm there would be no hitches went quickly.Steven and Zack showed up, surveyed the job, and got moving. We all agreed about how the job would proceed and what the end result would be.And that's what I got. A fairly direct route from the panel to the garage and to the charger, all in nice, straight, perpendicular runs of conduit. It looks fantastic!Keep in mind that the price I paid was a special arrangement. Without such a deal, it would have cost quite a bit more, I suspect.
