Jones Electric recently helped us with a remodel, completely rearranging all the lighting in our dining room, foyer, and buffet area — and the results turned out beautifully. Their work was clean, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful. They are also handling the lighting and electrical for our new extended patio, and we couldn’t be happier with the process so far. What truly sets Jones Electric apart is their commitment to going above and beyond. A perfect example: one of our lighting fixtures had a piece of glass broken by a subcontractor. Even though Zach was on another job at the time, he remembered that I was missing that glass. When he came across a matching piece while removing a fixture from a different home, he immediately reached out to see if I still needed it. Not only did he save it for me — he came all the way out and installed it himself. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the thoughtfulness meant so much. Zach genuinely cares about his work, his customers, and his reputation. He brings a personal yet highly professional touch to everything he does. Zach was recommended to us by some friends and he came out to install 4 ring cameras for us! He was able to fit us in next day after calling and was early to the appointment. Hard to find that in electricians in my experience. Very nice and personable guy too! Would go to him again!
