This is an amazing electrical contractor! I have had them at my house twice now for 2 different unrelated issues. They go over and above with quality and service. Both times I was also given a very timely appointment. I would highly recommend them!

My Westphal experience was great from start to finish. From Scott, who did the estimate, to Lindsey in the office, to the great crew who did the job (Joe, Chris and Ben), all showed great professionalism, expertise, and dedication to getting the job done right and on time. I couldn't be happier. The crew's work was A-1 and the place was spotless when they left. Even the inspector commented to how well done and clean the work was! Several years ago, we had Westphal perform an electrical upgrade and were very pleased with their service. This time, we just had some outlet issues, so I called them again. Dondi N. arrived on time, promptly found the problem and made the repairs. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and careful as we also had another contractor installing carpet at the same time. Dondi again made this another great experience in using Westphal as my contractor. Thanks for the great service!

Jesse did a great job. He was on-time, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I would expect nothing less from Westphal Electric. We will definitely use again. He identified why our bathroom light flickered and why it eventually stopped working. We had another company install a small ceiling fan 4 years ago (no issues with them). The ceiling fan was not damp rated. Over time, it caused the fixture to fail, a breaker to go bad, and the paddle switch was also bad. Seems too coincidental to have all three go bad, and the likely culprit was the wrong rated ceiling fan I picked out. Jesse tested everything and anything in a timely manner and it all came back to that fan. He recommended a damp rated fan, if we still want one. He came back and installed it, along with changing some old light switches in another room. Never underestimate the quality of good electrician.
