Very unprofessional guy. He kept us waiting for 5 days for an emergency work. He kept buying time from us. Then due to a change in plan we requested him to provide a quote. This guy still keep delaying and I mentioned that we don't need his service anymore. He then came to the site and started working without the confirmation and asked us to pay without the approval. Total waste of time and efforts. I am attaching a proof of chat.

We had the pleasure of working with Andy, Lukas, Alexandra, and the entire Elpro Electric team, and I can confidently say they are some of the most supportive, hardworking, patient, and communicative contractors I’ve ever encountered. Myself and two neighbors were looking to install EV chargers in our condo building, and Elpro came highly recommended. Andy was our main contact/support throughout the project and he helped us develop a clear, practical plan, offered honest and thoughtful advice, and supported us every step of the way—including nearly two years of navigating complex strata approvals and even joined a strata town hall info-session. Throughout the process, Andy was always incredibly responsive, quickly returning texts and calls whenever we needed guidance. Each time we ran into questions or hurdles from the strata, Andy provided helpful recommendations and the documentation we needed to keep the project moving forward. Once we received final approval, the installation itself was executed flawlessly. The workmanship was top-notch, and the entire team was professional and efficient throughout. The City of North Vancouver also approved the inspection and the inspector mentioned the work done was done so to perfection. Even after the job was completed, Andy, Lukas, and Alexandra continued to be responsive and helpful—particularly with follow-up items like rebate documentation for our EV chargers. Their post-installation support has been just as impressive as the service during the project. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Lucas gave me an estimate and explained to me in details what he would do to get the EV charger for our Tesla. Because he was so very professional in his quote we did not even get a second quote. He made an appointment with us when he got all the material to install the EV Charger and showed up on time at 4:30 in the afternoon. He did the wiring and installation and stayed late till it was all done. We are very happy with his work. He was neat and tidy and followed up a couple of days later to see if everything was ok. We have some other electrical work that needs done in the basement and we will definitely call Lucas to to the work. We highly recommend Lucas and his company

Exceptional service! Lukas is an expert in what he does and after multiple quotes from other electrical companies/contractors, concerns about permits, drilling, dry wall and load calculations, Lukas and team were the most confident and had their process and calculations down - and got it done super quick! Even with our main panel in the basement and had to be routed to the main floor, Lukas was able to do everything seamlessly and left no more than a small square of dry wall that had to be cut or losing any power in the house! His craftsmanship, quality and professionalism was above and beyond, I would definitely use again for EV charging needs or any other major/minor electrical work in your home!

Lukas and Elpro Electric installed an EV charging station at my home. He was efficient and had a good understanding of the equipment he was using. I found the pricing for his work to be reasonable. I was not able to be present for much of the work but he took the time to help problem-solve some minor-issues with my wife. When I was able to show up Lukas took the time to explain the whole process to me in a way I understood and answered all of my questions. I found him very professional, very easy to talk to, and I would definitely use his services again.
