Recently had a breaker in the basement fail. I suppose it's an easy enough fix for someone with more electrical experience, but I wasn't about to fry for a couple hundred dollars -- putting that break box cover back on w/o touching those main wires is a tricky deal.

At any rate, called Christian and he was able to quickly come out the day after Christmas and get us situated! From call to completed repair was probably 1.5 Hours. He charged us to make the service call and just the cost of the breaker itself so $185 out the door. Thanks so much Christian for taking care of us when no one else would! Also appreciated the advice for if any of our appliances fail during the holidays, to at all cost (extension cords, neighbors, etc) wait to contact an electrician until after the actual holiday to a normal day to avoid huge premium costs -- good call!

I had an outstanding experience with Shockley Electric, and I can’t say enough good things about Christian Shockley. He was incredibly nice and took the time to talk through every issue with me in detail. What really stood out was his honesty, he never pushed unnecessary work, but he was upfront about the things I should keep an eye on. That kind of integrity is rare and so appreciated.

On top of that, the pricing was much more fair than what you get with the big-name companies, making the whole experience even better. Christian’s professionalism, transparency, and kindness make Shockley Electric my go-to from here on out. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality electrical work!
