He owns the parts of the service that apply the most leverage, and leaves it to his team (also great to work with) to fill in the gaps. He keeps close tabs on outcomes and demands action when they are not to his standards. He has a network of auxiliary services that he plugs smoothly into the job as needed. Overall, a premium service justifying a premium price. I did not appreciate the variance in service I could have received (depending on the contractor and quote) before observing all the effort and details that went into what was on the surface a simple job.
