They were quick and efficient, with good prices compared to many companies out there. Great experience with JTL & Son Ltd. I had a variety of small requirements (outdoor motion sensors, indoor fixtures, smoke alarms). Jim was friendly & professional and delivered a detailed quote, including estimations for my next project. When his crew arrived, they were prompt, professional, efficient and cleaned up each area. I haven't received the invoice just yet but was already told that there wouldn't be any surprises compared to the quote. I will definitely reach out to them again in the future, it was a very pleasant experience.

I had a great experience with JTL and Son Ltd. I was having a breaker issue at my home and reached out to them for help. They were able to troubleshoot the problem remotely and provided me with some valuable insight on what might be causing the issue. They then scheduled a time to come out and take a closer look. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time and got straight to work. They were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it, all while keeping me informed of what they were doing and why. Their expertise and professionalism were truly impressive. Overall, I highly recommend JTL and Son Ltd. They were able to provide a great solution to my electrical issue and made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely use their services again in the future.
