I've used YJ Home Repairs for three tasks: garage ceiling drywall repair, shower trim and valve replacement, and washing machine cold and hot water valves replacements. I've been pleased with their work and would call them again. For the washing machine water valve replacement work, they even patched up the drywall they had to cut out; nice job though it wasn't really necessary as nobody can see back there.
Small leak in a pipe above our ceiling caused some water damage. Messaged in the evening one day, and was there by the next morning. Entire job took a couple of hours. Very professional, timely, and great communication! Will definitely be using again!
This is the 2nd time we have used YJ Home Repair and once again they have done a great job. They repaired a damaged section of roof decking that had been damaged by an old satellite dish. They removed the existing shingles, decking, soffit and facia replacing the damaged area with new materials. I would definitely recommend YJ Home Repair for any future projects.
