What a great experience! Rick was very thorough and knowledgeable and helped us out greatly after a flood in our house. He is very personable and was more than willing to educate me through the process! He took his time to ensure that our issues were taken care of and done right. This was no easy job for him and he did it with a smile on his face the entire time. He not only did a great job but also provided us with a name of a colleague that may be able to help with our flood reconstruction.
