I absolutely recommend Mr. Electric! Both dispatchers that I spoke with were very courteous, communicative, and accommodating of my scheduling needs. Elijah W. was my technician, and he was also wonderful! He detailed my specific issue, patiently answered my numerous questions, and provided insight into future repairs. (For my fellow female homeowners, I'll include that he was perfectly professional and I felt comfortable having him in my home.) --- I had to delay repairs due to the work being more extensive than I anticipated, but I was not charged a "service-call fee" which was greatly appreciated. I will be giving Mr. Electric a call when the time comes for me to move forward with my repairs!
