I'm constantly asking Tom to explain what he's doing and how the wiring works, and he's happy to teach to ensure his clients are well equipped to make the right decision. He's done our eaves pot lights, updated all our inside lights, 2 bathroom renos, and updated outlets. Phenomenal service and quality!

Met Tom and the people from Norris Electric through a recommendation from a Church Member. Tom has been a great help renewing the electrical system at our Church, and helping us make the future possible. Tom first installed clean power for the livestreaming station, and followed up with new panels to replace old Federal Pioneer panels, now Tom's working on the Upper Room Project, getting the power in place for the new performance space. Tom always works with the future in mind, and his expertise in working around a hundred year old building is second to none. And for good measure, Tom is not only an expert electrician, but a very fine fellow, and a pleasure to interact with. And his colleagues share his good nature. My wife and I recently embarked on the journey of building our own house in Halton Hills. Our project manager, Jeff, who has been in the industry for several years, only trusts Tom and the team at Norris Electrical. Whether Jeff is building a custom home for a client, working on a substantial renovation project, or needs any electrical work done around his own house, Tom is the man that he calls. That's because Tom is experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was amazed with Tom's level of expertise. You can tell that he has been around the block and then some. Over the course of his career, he has accumulated a wealth of expertise and he applies that to each of his projects. He is passionate about his work and always does his best. Tom knows building codes and maintains a good relationship with the Electrical Safety Authority. His prices are slightly higher than other electricians but they are reflective of his level of skill and they are well worth the peace of mind.

I put out a "refer me" request on Milton Talks and Tom's name came up numerous times. He was completely booked the first time I called him, so I had to get someone else to do the work in the tight time frame. I wish I waited it out and just got Tom in the first time. Tom and his team are the best electricians I have ever had in, hands down. He is project focused - he makes sure the project is done right and that there are no loose ends. He doesn't nickle and dime you, and if something needs to be done to ensure it's done right, he'll do it. Tom and his team are the only ones I will ever recommend. Thanks for the excellent work Tom!
