We had Roman electric come out today to replace our water heater we had. Called them yesterday and they were able to be out in under 24 hours and Alex was our technician. His work was amazing. He was able to lay out all of our options so we could make the choice. That was actually going to work best for us versus trying to upsell us and it was just wonderful to have him.

My technician, Jordan, did an excellent job on my lighting installation. He was very efficient, polite, and his attention to detail with the post-installayion clean-up was exceptional. I use Roman electric for my yearly inspections today. Ben, who was the HVAC technician, was very professional very courteous and also very acknowledge. He made me feel comfortable. He explained everything to me. Ben is an assett too Roman electric. I have also spoken to Ashley on the phone. She has been very courteous and professional. I made two appointments with their AI and that was not Successful, I will certainly try the AI again, but I will follow up immediately with a real person.
Kevin H at Roman Electric did the wiring for outlets, spot light, as well as the low voltage lighting for our reconstructed deck. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about his profession. We will definitely recommend Kevin to family and friends. We would definitely hire Kevin again if the need arose.
