Michael has responded to 2 separate repair calls in the condo I rent, and I can not praise this man highly enough. The issue he came to look at today was concerning to me and made me feel nervous about the safety of my home. Michael arrived at my home quickly and on time. He thoroughly evaluated the situation and immediately took the steps necessary to fix the problem. While repairing the malfunctioning lightswitch, he explained what was causing the problem and what he was doing to fix it in a way that I could easily understand.
