We had all of the hard and flexible AC ducting under our 1910 Midtown house replaced in 2022 when Hansen had different ownership. It was a big and expensive job that they amazingly completed in one day; they sent so many trucks someone online wondered if a movie was being filmed. Just before Thanksgiving 2025, I noticed several of the flexible ducts appeared to full of water, and we were generally unhappy with the efficacy of a system that had new ducting and then all of the other equipment replaced. We called Hansen, and after a full inspection, they concluded the duct work was done entirely incorrectly; the ducts were the wrong size, the flexible ducting was attached incorrectly allowing condensation to seep into the ducts, and the system needed another register to allow for more air flow. When I asked how much, they said they would correct it at no charge. I would like to thank Mr. Brooks for identifying the issues, and Brandon and Kagen for doing the work. While they were under the house, Kagen heard water flowing, and realized our ancient copper water main had disintegrated. That night at 6pm, Grady and Denver from Hansen's plumbing division came out to start the repair, and by the end of the following day, we had a new water main from the street with a WiFi connected leak detector valve. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and work ethic of all of these guys.

Worse experience I ever had with anyone. The technician did not fix my problem. Charged me a service call, told me my fan was bad, and could not get the fan anymore. I found the fan and had it changed. The fan wasn't bad. The compressor was bad. These people are jokes. Don't ever use them. If I could give them a negative rating, I would!
My generator did not come on in the storm. I call Hansen the next morning and Gary the technician came out an accessed the problem. He explained everything to my husband and I. He got us back up and running.PS it’s important to make sure your battery is working!??Thank you Gary????
