I heard crackling noises behind my washer/dryer in my new condo. I unplugged it and called Professional systems on a Sunday, spoke to a live human, who took all my info and soon got a call back with a plan on coming out the next morning. They were right on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Professional Systems found that the dryer receptacle was a 15 amp receptacle on a 20 amp circuit and noted the receptacle had loose connections and was a damaged. They changed the receptacle to 20 amp and made the proper connections as I have aluminum wiring. Thank you for a job well done!

They diagnosed a power issue that other companies weren't able to. They determined it was a power company issue, so they called them- seemed to have the inside track, because power company came out within an hour. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and explained everything very well. Also, I called them at 8 at night and got a human being on the phone! Will use again and recommend to friends.
