Nick and his team at Empire Electric were outstanding. They completed a major 100-amp to 200-amp service upgrade, added a new subpanel, multiple dedicated circuits, grounding, and safety upgrades — all done cleanly and to code.What impressed me most was their integrity. They found efficiencies, and when I expanded the scope (an outdoor outlet), they still reduced the final price due to the reduction in work. When there was a late reconnection issue with Duke Energy, Nick's team waited on site for 3.5 additional hours while Nick and Jessica worked directly with Duke until power was restored. The area was left more clean than they found it!Professional, fair, and extremely responsive. Highly recommend Empire Electric and will be using them again for another project.
Great experience! From when I called the first time, and Jessica answered right away, to when they finished the project earlier than expected. After I requested a quote, Nick showed up when promised and discussed what my expectations were. He had a quote to me that night, it was thorough and fair. I had a tight schedule because of the chain of events with the garage remodel, and he committed to make it happen. Again, he and his crew showed up when promised, did quality work, and finished sooner than expected. I will be using Empire again because it was an easy process and I trust them. It's difficult to find people to follow through with what they promised, Empire does and they've earned my future business.
We are so relieved that we finally found a RELIABLE electrician. A legitimately good contractor has been hard to find until now. They are responsive, professional, reasonable, reliable and super competent at what they do. We have used their services a few times now and have only had THE BEST experience with them. Also, I’d love to add that they aren’t in the business of hiking prices to squeeze unknowing people out of as much money as possible (this has been an unfortunate reality); they are honest and hardworking people.
