From the moment I reached out, Juan was incredibly responsive and was able to get us scheduled quickly. Eli was an absolute pleasure to work with—he took the time to break down complex electrical issues in plain English, which made it easy for us to understand the root cause and feel confident in the solution. After the initial diagnosis, we were scheduled for service the very next day. Given the size and nature of the job, multiple team members were sent out, and I really appreciated that Juan personally showed up to walk us through the game plan with his crew. I searched and searched for an electrician to handle tall ceilings for lighting installation and troubleshooting in another area. After many calls and research, I called The Reel Electric Company and Juan set up an appointment so a free estimate could be given. Javier arrived and I showed him everything that needed attention. He gave me a reasonable price and was able to get everything done the same day. Javier took care with the areas he was working in and was great at helping me with visualizing the length of lighting being installed. Javier arrived on time and was very nice.
