Bob was amazing! He was so thorough and spoke to me in terms I could actually understand. He was efficient and did not make me feel pressured to go one way or another. He was very upfront about cost and I felt it was money well spent. definitely recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with the work DK Electric did for us. We initially called them for a couple of dead outlets in our kitchen, and Bob came out quickly to troubleshoot. He went above and beyond our expectations, not only addressing the dead outlets issue but also doing a very thorough safety check on our entire house (and helping us move heavy furniture to inspect more outlets!). Our panel was starting to age to the point it was no longer safe, and Bob very thoroughly explained what options were (and was very honest and non-pushy about it). We ended up hiring DK to upgrade our service a couple weeks later, and Bob and George were amazing. They were incredibly nice, self-sufficient, and clean. They explained everything they did in detail and made sure we understood everything before they wrapped up the job. Communication with everyone in the office was wonderful too - super friendly and easy to work with! We highly recommend DK Electric.
