The power in my house was surging and causing various issue. I called EMC and they sent Mike P and Roman out to us. They were both very friendly and professional. I was immediately confident that my house was in good hands. They got to work right away and upon discovering that the problem my house had was dangerous made arrangements to fix it immediately.
I appreciate their motivation to take care of this right away and although they anticipated a late night they did not complain or seem put out. They discussed costs and financing options prior to starting the job and kept me up to date as they were working.
After the job was done they tested all the outlets and walked me through any further questions or areas of concern that I had. The panel that they replaced is very well organized and easy to follow. I can’t thank them enough for their work!

A huge shout-out to their technician, Michael Parent. He truly went above and beyond, driving almost two hours to get to our home in Bothell. Despite the long drive, he arrived right on time. Michael really stepped up; he took the time to walk us through the entire process, explained exactly what had happened, and provided total transparency regarding the fix.
