During the ice storm in Nashville, we were without power for 12 days, and Quality Electric was incredibly helpful in doing everything they could to help us and position us to get power back as soon as NES came. They repaired our damaged weatherhead, spent hours on the phone contacting NES on our behalf, and discounted the service because they were able to use parts they found as opposed to new parts. Special mention to Julia - she was so helpful and friendly during a time where we were truly in need.

On a recent trip to Italy, we purchased a Murano Glass chandelier. Tim and his apprentice Dunkin, performed the installation and did a stellar job. They did such a great job there’s no one else I’ll trust for all my electrical needs.
Angel was friendly and appears to have done a nice job. He put in a new outlet for us in our attic and changed a few breakers out that maybe going bad. We forgot to ask him about something and he came back to take a quick look at it for us.
