Concept Electric, LLC

I recently had the pleasure of working with Concept Electric, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Emanuel and Alex demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Right from our initial consultation, I was impressed by their thorough approach. Emanuel took the time to understand my electrical needs and provided detailed explanations of the work that needed to be done. His knowledge and experience in the field were evident, and I felt confident in their ability to handle the job. Alex, who handled the installation, was equally impressive. He arrived on time, was incredibly respectful of my home, and worked diligently to complete the project efficiently. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work, as every detail was meticulously attended to. The quality of the installation exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the extra care they took to ensure everything was done right. What truly sets Concept Electric apart, however, is their outstanding customer service. Emanuel and Alex were always available to answer my questions and provided updates throughout the process, which made me feel valued as a customer. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience enjoyable. If you're looking for an electrical company that combines expertise with exceptional service, look no further than Concept Electric. Emanuel and Alex are truly a dynamic duo, and I am thrilled with the results of their work. I will definitely be reaching out to them for any future electrical needs! Thank you, Concept Electric, for a job well done!

Alex did an amazing job in replacing electrical panel. He was prompt, on time and finished the replacement quickly. Explained the process and was informative when asked questions regarding the panel and the rest of the existing set up. Price was more than fair compared to other estimates received, Will be using them for some other electrical work needed. I recommend Concept Electrical for all your electrical needs because of the fair prices compared to others and type of service they provide.
