We had electrical work done by this company and although the work seemed to be decent quality, they didn’t file for a permit in the correct town. We called 8 times to solve the issue so we could get the work inspected and they gave us a million excuses of the right person not being in the office. Their office staff is completely inept at billing, scheduling, permitting, etc.Edited to add- this review was a last resort, we contacted Derrick - the electrical technician we worked with, and Jen- secretary/scheduler on1/9/261/8/267/10/257/2/256/10/255/27/255/8/255/2/255/1/25They punted, said they would call back and never did, and gave excuses about scheduling with Kenmore being difficult. We finally scheduled ourselves which took less than 5 minutes and the inspector was there the next day. I would check with your employees first before assuming someone’s first resort was a public review.

They did a great job. On time from the estimate to the job. They were neat and clean. Very professional. I will use them again!
I schedule an estimate a man by the name of Jim came out said he was busy. He said he would get a estimate to me ASAP but he is busy. Understandable, I waited a week called them they say oh it’s not done. We will have Jim call you. I received no call no estimate they completely wasted my time. These are the kind of businesses that need to go out of business. Thanks for nothing M&M!
I can only rate on what I have experienced. I called M&M just over two weeks ago. They set up an appointment to have someone come out and give an estimate on a number of little projects we need done. The appointment went great-it was two weeks ago exactly. We discussed everything thoroughly and I felt really good about the guy who was here. He was going to pull together an estimate for all of the work and get back to me within 2-3 business days.When that came and went, I wasn’t worried. Come the following Monday, I called them to ensure that my email address on file was correct. The woman at the desk took my info and was going to pass it on to the guy who had come out. Days passed. Nothing. This past Friday, I made another call. I spoke directly with the guy who came out. He said that he had the estimate and just needed to pull it out. He took my number and said he’d ring me back. But he never did.Now it’s two weeks exactly. I have someone else coming out to do an estimate. My project is thrown two weeks in the dump. I won’t work with M&M. I can’t say how good their work is, as I never found out. This was really disappointing, as they had such good reviews.
