We recently had the pleasure of using VISCA electric for work in our condominium, and the results were truly exceptional. The project involved installing pot lights throughout our space, removing old, outdated fixtures, and replacing them with modern lighting that we had sourced. Chris and David patiently answered all our questions and ensured we were satisfied with every aspect of the job. Chris offered his professional suggestions, such as when we asked about fixture height or when we were waffling about the number of pot lights, or when we were unsure about spacing. He took the extra time to explain and to demonstrate different looks (light temperatures, fixture heights). It took time to show us how each of these effects would change our living space but Chris clearly wanted the customer to be satisfied. It’s rare to encounter such remarkable tradespeople who combine expertise with genuine customer care.
One additional note: I am a retired university professor who has an expertise in post-secondary pedagogy. When I heard Chris laying out the work plan with his workmate David on the first day, it was like being at a seminar on how to teach. In clear and patient language he established the outcomes that were expected for the first task, he listed in order the steps of initiating the work, what to expect as one progressed and the end result. He did this for each job. His organization and attention to detail gave us every confidence in how the work was being performed. And once the job was completed, Chris explained that ESA could potentially request an audit of the work; he also explained that VISCA was an ESA pre-authorized contractor and what that means, once again laying out exactly what we could expect once he had left the job site.
Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend the team Chris and David from VISCA Electric for your condo upgrades. The transformation is stunning, and the process was stress-free thanks to the capable hands of Chris and David.
