Dave was the technician who came out to my home. He showed up exactly on time, introduced himself professionally, and got right to diagnosing the issues. I had several electrical outlets and light switches that weren’t working properly, and a few circuits that kept tripping. He immediately started testing each one and tracing the problems back to the wiring itself.Dave didn’t just do a surface fix.
